This reunion is at an event center where we bring in the meal(catered) and bar/beverages. Oklahoma law (Able Commission) and Tulsa ordinaces (Event permit) are required to sell liquor. Instead we are asking those who plan to take advantage of the open bar please be Bar Sponsors to offset these costs at a level that is comfortable to you since we cannot use the ticket sales of classmates and guests who do not plan to partake in alcohol. Our budget included a cash bar so this is our best compromise and we will have 2 licensed bartenders at the event. This will include some pop/mixers we will purchae for those who do not want beer, wine, or spirits. Dinner includes water, tea, coffee.
