Payment Options

* $75.00 per person for a 50th Reunion Ticket that includes Saturday evening event at Mike Fretz Event Center 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm. 
* Purchases
due by Thursday, September 22nd, 2022.
* No late payments accepted.
* No reservations without payment.
* A wait list will be started after that date. Our caterer needs a count for dinner and beverage set ups.  
* A ticket includes expenses for the event: venue, catering, beverage set up, entertainment, decorations. The class of 1972 communications (website, database, postcard and invitation mailings) are a separate account from funds raised to benefit all classmates, not just those attending the events. 


Ways to pay: 

1. Go to "Buy a Ticket online" tab to the left on this website if you would like to pay online*.
* There is a 
fee for using online payment by credit card.  This will show on your credit card under MyEvent.com. Note that fees will be charged which will bill you $79.74 per ticket using this payment method. myevent.com charges 75 cents per transaction, 2.9% user fee, and 3% credit card fee. We cannot absorb those fees and keep the reunion affordable for everyone. 

2. PayPal or Venmo. This is a no fee option. Please
contact us (see #6. below) with your request to pay with PayPal or Venmo (pick one) and we will contact you with details.  

3. Send 
check made to "Nathan Hale HS Class of 1972" to Connie Doverspike 7222 E 65th St Tulsa OK 74133-7541 same as return address on the postcard invitation.

4. You may pay by Cash. Make an appt to bring cash to Connie or Susan. Contact us (see #6. below).

5. You may also set up payments to be paid between now and September 29th. All accounts must be paid in full by the final count.
